Situation : the self-catering cottage is located at « La Mare » in the village of CHAUFOUR NOTRE-DAME (72550), department Sarthe, region “Pays De La Loire”. It is 10 km west of Le Mans (13 km from the Mans centre ; 18 km from the 24 hours Le Mans and Bugatti circuits)

Directions: from Le Mans, take road towards Laval (D357). At « Maisons Rouges » (Trangé village), turn left road toward Fay. At Fay centre, take toward Crannes-en-Champagne (D50). La Mare is 2,5 km from Fay, at the end of a track on the right, 300 meters before the factory Bruneau.

Capacity : self-catering cottage, sleeps up to 9 (+ 6 additional sofabeds, + 2 baby beds),

Composition : big dining room (37 m², 7,5 m x 5 m) with chimney and exposed beams, TV. Large fully equiped kitchen (19 m²) including refrigerator, electric oven, cooking plates 5 gas rings, dishwasher, microwave oven, various little domestic electrical appliances), large choice of crockeries and kitchenwares. 4 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor and 3 on the 1st floor, 3 beds 140x190 et 3 beds 90x190) ; 3 bathrooms (1 on the ground floor et 2 on the 1st floor) ; toilets upstairs and downstairs; utility room with freezer, sink & storage spaces ; boiler room/laundry (heating by geothermal heating/heat pump, underfloor low temperature heating) with washing machine and condenser dryer, table and iron, high chair for baby. Garage for 2 cars. Large terrace ; outbuilding (store for garden furniture).

Surroundings: in a fully restored farmhouse in quiet, natural environment, large garden with trees (1 hectare, arboretum style). The nearest neighbors are 250 m away.

Rates 2020: 600 € / week, including all charges, sheets provided (except for additionnal beds : please bring own sleeping bags). Optional housework package 60 €.

Deposit of 25% upon booking. Balance on arrival with a security deposit of 400 €.
